Shipping Policy

At Dream Flower, every piece is made with care through our preorder system, which means your garment is crafted especially for you. Please read the details below to understand our shipping process.

Preorders & Production 

  • All items are sold as preorders. This helps us reduce waste and create fairytale clothing responsibly.
  • Production timelines vary by collection but typically take 6–12 weeks. Estimated dates will be shared on each product page.
  • If a preorder does not meet the required minimum quantity, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund all purchases.

Shipping Times

  • Once your order is complete and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Domestic shipping within Canada usually takes 3–8 business days.
  • International shipping generally takes 2–6 weeks, depending on your location and customs clearance.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

  • International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. These costs are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer.
  • Dream Flower has no control over these fees, as they are determined and collected by your country’s customs office.
  • If an order is refused due to unpaid duties or customs fees, it will be returned to us at our expense. In such cases, we cannot issue a refund, as this results in both the loss of the sale and additional return shipping costs.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking will be provided once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
  • Dream Flower is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.

Address Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed, especially during the preorder phase.
