At Dream Flower, each piece is created with care and produced through a preorder system. Because of this, we ask that you please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Preorders
- All purchases are made as preorders, which means your item is made especially for you.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed during the preorder phase. Please double check that your information, size, and order details are correct before completing your purchase.
- If a preorder does not reach the required minimum quantity, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund all purchases.
- Production and shipping timelines vary; estimated dates will be shared at the time of purchase.
Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns.
- To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Dream Flower does not cover the cost of return shipping. Customers are responsible for return postage and ensuring the package is securely tracked.
- Once your return is received, it will be examined and deemed in acceptable condition before a refund is initiated.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges on preorder items.
- If you would like a different size or style, please make a return and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are worn, damaged, missing tags, or returned beyond the 14-day window will not be accepted.
