FAQ
1. How do preorders work?
All Dream Flower items are sold as preorders, meaning each piece is made especially for you after you order. This helps us reduce waste and bring fairytale clothing to life responsibly. Estimated production and shipping times are always listed on the product page.
2. Can I cancel my order?
No, cancellations cannot be made once your order is placed. Please double-check your size, shipping address, and details before confirming your purchase.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Production timelines vary per collection, but typically preorders take 6–12 weeks before shipping. Domestic orders (within Canada) usually take 3–8 business days after dispatch, while international orders can take 2–6 weeks, depending on customs.
4. What if I need a different size?
We do not offer exchanges on preorder items. If the size you ordered doesn’t work, you may return your item (within 14 days of delivery, unworn with tags attached) and place a new order in the correct size. To avoid sizing issues, we recommend checking the size chart carefully or contacting us for help before ordering.
5. What sizes do you currently carry?
At the moment, Dream Flower offers sizes XS–XL. As a small new brand, we’re limited in what we can produce, but it is our priority and goal to expand our size range as soon as possible to be more inclusive.
6. Do you cover return shipping costs?
No, customers are responsible for return postage. Please use a tracked shipping method when sending your item back.
7. What if my preorder doesn’t go into production?
If a preorder item does not meet the minimum order quantity, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
8. Will items be restocked?
Because our collections are made in small, limited runs, restocks are rare. We recommend ordering during the preorder window to guarantee your piece.
9. How do I care for my Dream Flower clothing?
We recommend gentle hand washing or using the delicate cycle with cold water, and laying flat to dry. Avoid harsh detergents or tumble drying to protect delicate fabrics, lace, and bows.
10. Where are Dream Flower pieces made?
All Dream Flower garments are ethically manufactured in Dongguan, China. We work closely with our production partners to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and responsible practices so every piece is made with care and attention to detail.
